Return & Exchange Policy

 

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. After this 7-day window, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Return/Exchange Instructions

    Please fill out the form below and submit. Instructions on how to mail back the item(s) are described below and will be included on the form. 

    RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLINE FORM

    Items will only be eligible for return/exchange if:

    • tags are still attached to item(s)
    • item has not been worn
    • item was delivered within 7 days
    • You have 4 days to ship the item(s) back after return approval.

      Once your return is approved, you will have 4 days to ship the item back. Please include the packing slip with your return/exchange. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return/exchange. Refunds for returned item(s) will be sent back to the original payment method minus any coupons or discounts.

       

        Damaged Items

        Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@lavenderbluthreads.com and send photos of any damage. 

        Things that do not qualify as damage:

        • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
        • Lighting
        • Photography lenses
