Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will be eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. Items will be eligible for exchange 14 days after purchase date as well. After this timeframe, your item(s) will not be eligible for return nor exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return/Exchange Instructions
Please fill out the form below and submit. Instructions on how to mail back the item(s) are described below and will be included on the form.
Items will only be eligible for return/exchange if:
- tags are still attached to item(s)
- item has not been worn
- item was purchased within 14 days
Please include the packing slip with your return/exchange. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return/exchange. Refunds for return item(s) will be sent back to original payment method minus any coupons or discounts.
Items marked 'SALE' or 'FINAL SALE' are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Items
Please report any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at info@lavenderbluthreads.com and send photos of any damage.
Things that do not qualify as damage:
- Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions
- Lighting
- Photography lenses
